9:00 AM - 9:45 AM    Basketball - Hot Shots Session I
The Brewer Parks and Recreation Department offers several opportunities for the basketball enthusiast starting with preschoolers through adults.Our winter line up includes preschool basketball, instructional basketball for grades k and 1, and leagues for grades 2 - 8.  Sunday open gyms are scheduled throughout the winter months with times scheduled by grade. Adult open gym basketball is scheduled during the week during the winter.During the summer months we offer our Hot Shot Basketball program. Our Hot Shot Basketball program will focus on developing ball handling and shooting through fun drills and games, as well as basic offensive and defensive game play. Players will be applying those skills during scrimmages.A flier will be posted on the home page of this site providing information on specific dates, times, and fees, or you can call us (207) 989 - 5199..
 
10:30 AM - 11:30 AM    Baseball - Backyard Baseball Session I, Junior
Play ball! Baseball players won't want to miss the opportunity to play backyard baseball. Grab your glove and head to Doyle Field this summer to play pick up games two mornings a week. This is a great opportunity for kids to get outside and play ball the way their parents did in the neighborhood growing up.  (Players must bring their own glove).Coached by Chris Brown former Thomas College baseball player.

9:00 AM - 9:45 AM    Soccer - Summer Soccer, Session I
Recreational Soccer is primarily devoted to the development of youth soccer players. Players are provided with an opportunity to play organized soccer at the recreational, developmental and beginning competitive levels for preschoolers through Middle School. We offer programs that place the focus on the development of the whole player within a team environment. The Brewer Parks and Rec Department is committed to providing  players, their families and coaches an enjoyable soccer experience. We are dedicated to helping players reach their full potential while fostering a love of the game.Summer Soccer: (entering grades 1 - 3) The Brewer Rec Summer Soccer Club will present players with the opportunity to play different positions, skills, and learn the fundamentals of the game. Players will use these skills to play small sided games each week.Challenger Sports' International Soccer Camp: (Ages 6 - 14) This iconic soccer camp focuses on all-around player development through the Challenger Camp Curriculum, with developmental practices, games, competitions, and new challenges! The camp is presented by an international coaching staff with over thirty years of experience. The camp will feature age appropriate skill sessions from USA, Spain, Britain, France, and Brazil to further develop a love of soccer. Registration fee includes a camp T-shirt and soccer ball. Players can chose to attend a half or full day of camp.
